The last day in Sedona we enjoyed walking through Slide Rock State Park.

There was a family farm house, an orchard, a packing house for apples and some visitor cabins from the 1930’s.

Also, lots of farm machinery…

Walking up the canyon we enjoyed the rock formations, colors, and clear water.

Once again I tried for the reflection when I looked through the entire church and caught the hill behind me.

This church blends so well with its environment with the beautiful lines of its approach…

Our trip was such fun. We saw beautiful sites and great friends. We will definitely need to visit again before too long…

  1. Lois, I’m enjoying the Sedona photos as an artist friend, Charlene Minges (can’t remember her married name!) from my home town of Beloit KS, had a gallery in Sedona. She was also an artist in music. Her sister, a classmate of mine, still lives in Beloit. The Grand Canyon photos are spectacular! Also enjoyed seeing your photo, Terry.
