Today we will be on our way to see the ceramic hotel done by Jules Lavirotte, but first a teaser from a few days ago when we investigated rue Cler. At 151 rue de Grenelle there is a building with a front door designed by the same architect. It includes a lizard eating a corn cobb.






I love this so much I think I will recreate it at home, but add a a glass canopy like the d’Orsay has.

My style is going to be known as “over the top French”. Should fit right in, not offending the neighbors at all…
