Still testing recipes…have moved from cookies to coffee cakes. Contains stout, personally selected by Terry who bravely volunteered to take care of the leftovers when the recipe only needed one cup. Oatmeal, currents and a streusel with pecans and caraway. If you buy this book when it is published next winter, this recipe will be worth the entire price of admission. Good thing I have construction workers here for the next few weeks so they can help me eat this stuff…
